Michelle Buechele

Michelle comes to Listed Realty from the small town of Altoona, in Central Pennsylvania, where she was born, raised her family, and still maintains a residence for part of the year. She first became acquainted with SWFL in 2006, when her eldest son moved to Fort Myers, and she found herself visiting to take advantage of the sunshine (and to see her son, of course) several times a year. The following year, her younger son joined the family. With both of her children in Fort Myers (and now a beautiful Granddaughter), you can bet Michelle was going to spend as much time as possible in the Sunshine State! Her and her husband now call SWFL home for part of the year.

Having spent most of her life working in the legal field, Michelle now enjoys the freedom that real estate provides. Through the years, with side real estate projects and rehabbing her own home, she has become adept at renovation, interior design, and has an innate ability to spot a good deal. Michelle feels blessed to be able to bring her knowledge, experience, and abilities to Listed Realty. As a relocation and snowbird specialist, she is excited to help people find their forever homes, vacation homes, and investment properties in our little slice of paradise here in SWFL.
